Manage By Walking Around
Every team needs management and the best and Biblical way to manage is by walking around. You need to be aware of the needs of your team. If a coach never comes to practice how will he know what the players need to develop? There needs to be clear rules given, and rewards for appropriate actions. A good manager gives room for mistakes and growth. He always is respectful in his speech especially in a reprimand, which are at times necessary, and, of course, he should always be ready to forgive and close a matter so everyone can move on to success. How do we manage our "team"?
